1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between aqu999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). The following definitions apply throughout this document:

  • "Account" means a member's personal registered profile.
  • "Bonus" means promotional offers, free bets, cashback and other rewards.
  • "Real Money" means actual funds deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and used for betting.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account on aqu999 and use the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be a real person and operate the account in your own name.
  • You may only open one account per platform. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

  • No third party may be allowed to use your account.
  • If any suspicious activity is noticed on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
  • If your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment method), it is your responsibility to update your profile.

aqu999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any reason without prior notice. In cases of suspicious activity or fraud, the account balance may be seized.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to financial transactions on aqu999:

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Supported Methods: Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
  • The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same — you must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • aqu999 has the right to suspend transactions if money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.

aqu999 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal caused by technical issues or external factors. However, our support team is always ready to assist in such situations.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from aqu999 are provided under the following terms and conditions:

  • Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: A 20x wagering requirement must be met for the welcome bonus before it can be withdrawn.
  • Each bonus has a specific expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected (such as claiming from multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP programme. The cashback rate varies depending on VIP tier.

aqu999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the bonus programme at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform if bonus terms change.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on aqu999:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void.
  • If a match or event is cancelled after it has started, the bet will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded.
  • In the sports betting section, betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC and FIFA, as well as other international tournaments.
  • If a member participates in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity, the account will be permanently closed.
  • aqu999 reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting activity is detected from a single device or IP address.

Game results are determined through neutral and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. aqu999 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aqu999 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
  • Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Match fixing, or using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions.
  • Unauthorised access to or hacking attempts on the platform's software or database.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
  • Harassing, threatening or attempting to defraud other members.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If any of these prohibited activities are carried out, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

aqu999 gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal data. In accordance with our privacy policy:

  • Your personal data will only be used for providing and improving the platform's services.
  • All transactions and data are secured using SSL encryption technology.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming
